Terms of service

§ 1 - Scope of application

These General Terms and Conditions of Muenzhandel Ortner, as amended from time to time, apply to all order transactions and purchase contracts concluded via the webshop. Deliveries, services and offers are made exclusively on the basis of these general terms and conditions.

§ 2 - Conclusion of contract

If a customer order is placed, an e-mail will be sent confirming receipt of the order and stating the details of the order. This order confirmation does not constitute acceptance in the sense of sales law, but is only intended to inform our customers that we have received their order. The purchase contract is only concluded when the ordered goods are dispatched. If we are unable to fulfill the customer's order for any reason, the customer will be notified by e-mail and the purchase price will be refunded to our customers.

For technical reasons, the delivered goods may differ slightly from the product images on the Internet (e.g. color).

§ 3 - Delivery

Shipping is carried out either from Austria with Österreichische Post AG or GLS and from Germany with DHL or Deutsche Post.

§ 4 - Prices

Only the prices on our website apply. The prices quoted include all taxes including statutory VAT. The respective shipping costs are shown separately when the order is placed. An additional fee of EUR 6.00 will be charged for cash on delivery orders.

§ 5 - Payment

Payment can be made by bank transfer or Paypal. Unless otherwise agreed, the goods will only be delivered after receipt of payment.

§ 6 - Right of withdrawal

Cancellation policy

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The revocation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). You can use the sample withdrawal form provided, but this is not mandatory. You can also download and submit the sample withdrawal form or another clear declaration on our website www.heimtextilshop.at.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case within fourteen days at the latest from the day on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their condition, properties and functionality.

§ 7 - Newsletter

The customer agrees to receive news from our company about our products, current offers and other company-related information by means of advertising e-mails, in particular newsletters. The customer can revoke his

consent to receive such e-mails at any time in writing by post or e-mail.
